Water is one of the most common and ubiquitous substances on Earth. Due to its abundance, we often take it for granted and may not fully appreciate its importance in our lives.

It plays a vital role in many biological processes, including cell growth, metabolism, and cellular detoxification. Water has the power to heal and rejuvenate our bodies and minds.

Approximately 70% of the human body consists of water. A lack of water in the body can have gradual and negative effects on overall health, which may go unnoticed at first. Over time, a chronic lack of water in the body can increase the risk of various health problems. First of all, the metabolism is disturbed, then the blood structure changes, causing problems with the lymphatic system and dysfunction of organs and glands. Lack of water dehydrates and destroys body cells.

Lack of energy and tiredness

Drinking water can help hydrate your body and improve your energy levels. When we don’t drink enough water, our blood becomes thicker and more viscous, which makes it harder for the heart to pump blood through the circulatory system. This can result in a decrease in blood and lymphatic circulation, which can cause fatigue and a lack of energy.

In addition, dehydration can also affect brain function and mood, leading to symptoms such as headaches, difficulty concentrating, and irritability.

When the body does not have enough water, it can lead to disruptions in metabolism, as water is necessary for many metabolic processes to occur. This can lead to a decrease in energy levels, as well as difficulty with digestion and absorption of nutrients.

Water is essential for building and cell regeneration

Our bodies are made up of trillions of cells, and each cell requires water to function properly. Water is involved in many cellular processes, including the transport of nutrients and waste products, regulation of body temperature, and maintenance of cell shape and structure. Without adequate water, cells can become dehydrated and unable to perform their necessary functions, which can lead to various health problems.

Furthermore, water is crucial for cell regeneration and the repair of damaged tissues. When tissues are damaged, the body needs water to facilitate the healing process, by providing the necessary nutrients and removing waste products from the site of the injury.

Water is also a universal solvent, meaning it can dissolve many substances and transport nutrients throughout the body.

Insufficient water in the body has a negative impact on the lymphatic and circulatory system

A lack of water can lead to changes in the structure and viscosity of the blood, which can affect circulation and the functioning of the lymphatic system. This can make it harder for the body to remove waste products and toxins, which can further impact the functioning of organs and glands.

Therefore, it is important to stay hydrated and drink enough water throughout the day to support the body’s metabolic processes, maintain proper circulation, and remove waste products from the body.

Water is vital for the body’s detoxification process

Water plays a crucial role in removing waste products from the body through processes such as urination and sweating. When the body is dehydrated, these processes become less effective, and waste products can accumulate in the body, leading to a range of health problems.

For example, dehydration can cause constipation, which can lead to the build-up of toxins in the gut. It can also affect the functioning of the kidneys, which are responsible for removing waste products from the body. Over time, this can increase the risk of kidney stones and other kidney-related problems.

The quantity of water you need depends on factors such as your age, weight, and activity level. For example, if a person’s mass is 60 kg (132 lbs.),  very active, must drink approximately 2.4 liters of water per day.

It’s also important to drink water that is clean and free from contaminants. The best way to purify water is to freeze it (crystallization).

To adjust your body cells to drinking the right amount of water per day, start taking a little, then gradually increase it every day. Additionally, drinking water slowly allows the water to replenish all the cells of the body. If we drink a lot of water at once, it does not have time to absorb, and it immediately leave the body.
